Team India completely whitewashed the visitors in the ODI and now both teams are ready to meet face-to-face in the T20 format. IND vs NZ 1st T20 will take place on 27th January at JSCA International Stadium Complex, Ranchi.

According to BCCI and the selection committee, Virat Kohli and Rohit Sharma won’t be part of the T20 format and to replace them there will be a lot of fresh faces in the team. The squad will be under the leadership of Hardik Pandya who has generated positive results in recent games. In a surprise move, Prithvi Shaw has made his comeback to the national side and he is expected to make his appearance.
Prithvi Shaw and Rahul Tripathi are expected to be named in the starting XI in the first T20 fixture. This is how IND could line-up:
