IPL 2023 Auction: Ben Stokes, Cameron Green, Sam Curran feature in highest base price list

For the first time, not a single player from India has registered for the top pay bracket as IPL 2023 Auction is around the corner.

While players like Ben Stokes, Sam Curran, and Cameron Green continue to dominate headlines with a price tag of INR 2 Cr, Mayank Agarwal and Ishant Sharma might be among the highest-paid cricketers in India given that they are asking for INR 1 Cr.

Players with the maximum reserve price of INR 2 crore include England Test captain Ben Stokes, all-rounder Sam Curran, Australian all-rounder Cameron Green, and New Zealand captain Kane Williamson.

Mitchell Starc, a seasoned Australian pacer, is notably absent from the overall list because he hasn't registered. However, Australia's Test and ODI skipper Pat Cummins had previously withdrawn due to workload concerns.
