New Zealand’s tour of Pakistan has taken a very interesting turn as the Kiwis defeated the hosts in the third T20. The hosts are ahead in the series by 2-1 but the visitors can turn things around. The fourth T20 fixture of Pakistan vs New Zealand is scheduled on Thursday at Pindi Cricket Stadium.
Pakistan is leading the T20 series as of now after winning the first two fixtures. Both games were dominated by the batters and the bowlers have done an impressive job.
New Zealand is finding it difficult to win fixtures at the foreign pitches. They have won the 3rd T20 and it will be a huge motivation to level the series.
We are expecting a close match with PAK as the winner
The betting tip is...
We predict a win for Pakistan.
Pakistan has come out as a strong team in front of visitors. Babr Azam and Mohammad Rizwan gave the team good stability in the opening lineup. The primary concern for the team management will be the inconsistency of the middle order.
Imad Wasim, Shadab Khan, and Saim Ayub turned out to be a flop in recent games. Iftikhar Ahmed has done well for himself. Haris Rauf has become the new dependable bowler for the team.
Haris Rauf will be in the spotlight again because of his excellent bowling performance.
Predicted Lineup: Iftikhar Ahmed, Shaheen Afridi, Imad Wasim, Mohammad Rizwan, Babar Azam, Fakhar Zaman, Haris Rauf, Naseem Shah, Saim Ayub, Faheem Ashraf, Shadab Khan
Tom Latham’s solid innings in the last fixture gave much-needed stability to the team in the last fixture. However, Kiwis are struggling with their weak and undependable middle order.
The middle order consisting of Daryl Mitchell, Mark Chapman, and James Neesham is unable to score runs under pressure. James Neesham has done well with the bowl and the team management will expect him to continue the momentum.
Skipper Tom Latham is expected to make some changes in the middle order but there is no official announcement.
Predicted Lineup: Tom Latham, Benjamin Lister, Mark Chapman, Matt Henry, Adam Milne, Ish Sodhi, Will Young, Rachin Ravindra, Chad Bowes, James Neesham, Daryl Mitchell
Pakistan has found itself in a difficult situation when they are in a position to chase. However, after the loss in the last match, the men in green are expected to bounce back stronger and we predict a win for Pakistan in the 4th T20.
